Shardana Sailing Charters offers a variety of programs with team building, executive coaching and leadership retreats supported by a strategic partnership with Loeb Leadership. We intergrate Loeb Leaderships specialized training programs with The Shardana Sailing Experience to create a specific custom program for your all levels of your organization .

To support multi-day events and our clients needs, Shardana Sailing Charters has established an events partnership with Osprey Point Inn, Restaurant and Marina. located in Rock Hall, Maryland. To scale up our offering, Shardana Sailing Charters also has strategic partnerships with additional similarly outfitted sailing yachts, allowing you to build a program based on the needs of your department.
Highly functional corporate teams run and win good races in business - on and off the water. Our staff of registered coaches and trainers as well as our USCG Licensed Captains (all of whom are experienced sailing instructors) can develop an integrated customized program for your organization. We offer single day, overnight, and multi-day sessions and can customize our offerings to meet your specific needs.
